if I can’t make the agreed payments
into the IVA?
ANSWER
: Before the IVA
is set up we will spend time with
you ensuring that the payments that
you offer to your creditors are achievable.
If circumstances change
once the IVA is approved that affect
your ability to make the agreed payments
we will work with you to try and resolve
this.
If required, the
terms if the IVA can be changed.
